This beautiful planet we inherit is a gem in this universe. We got to protect it! Gomsiles was born with this simple mission to help every traveller see the Earth in its best form! Gosmiles was born when this team of passionate travellers, nature lovers, and culture and history explorers felt the deep need to share our understanding and knowledge of nature and culture-conscious tourism with our fellow human beings. Having witnessed within just a few decades the deterioration of natural landscapes, deforestation, climate change, loss of cultural awareness, etc., Gosmiles resolves to align with nature—bring travel and everyday living practices that are eco-conscious.
Gosmiles is the flagship service of Swastirbhavatu ( OPC) Private Limited.

A midlife lingering question towards what next and a few months of deep introspection led to the starting of Gosmiles. Ashika has been passionate about everything on earth—almost everything, from the tiniest creature below a leaf to the sky above like a painter’s palette and everything in between. Just the evening sky and smell of soil can ignite her creativity. GoSmiles is all about experiences and memories and a small step towards loving and caring for our universe.

Let’s go back a little to our school days where we first heard “ಕಾಡು ಬೆಳೆಸಿ, ನಾಡು ಉಳಿಸಿ” (Grow Forest, Save Cities), where most of us heard and some of us planted trees. Is it enough to pursue our passion and contribute to this beautiful nature? What if we could grow it every day? What if we could discover new methods of home farming? What if we could get a chance to proudly say, “I am an eco-friendly person"? What if we could contribute to "sustainability" of planet Earth?

Driven by a passion for graphic design, branding, and storytelling, I aspire to merge my creative talents with my deep commitment to sustainability. As both a brand designer and author, I aim to create work that reflects my values and promotes eco-consciousness. My love for travel has taken me to mountains, islands, deserts, and more, deepening my appreciation for the natural world and reinforcing my desire to protect it. Sustainability has been a driving force since my school days, and my ultimate dream is to fully dedicate my career to this cause, using my talents to contribute to a more sustainable future. In his words
As a data scientist, I spend my time analysing patterns, but my travel philosophy is rooted in exploration and serendipity. "Every journey begins with a map, but the best stories come from the detours" perfectly captures my belief in embracing the unexpected. Having travelled to 22 out of 28 states in India, I’ve experienced the diversity of cultures and landscapes, from Himachal’s peaks to Kerala’s beaches. Yet, it’s the rhythm of the journey, not just the destination, that stays with me. Like the trails I hike, "The trail doesn’t care how fast you go, only that you take the next step." For me, travel is a way to reconnect with the world, gain new perspectives, and uncover insights no dataset could capture.
